In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta and 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt.

Using an electric mixer or whisk, whip the ricotta until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine the honey and the chosen chile paste (Calabrian chile paste, harissa, chili crisp, or sambal oelek).

Transfer the whipped ricotta to a serving dish and drizzle generously with the hot honey mixture.

Serve immediately, optionally garnished with additional flaky sea salt.
Notes
For the spicy element, you can use Calabrian chile paste, harissa, chili crisp, or sambal oelek. You may also add more flaky sea salt for serving.
