Start browning the ground beef in a pan.

When the beef is halfway done, add the low-sodium soy sauce and sliced green onions. Continue cooking until beef is fully browned.

Once the beef is cooked, stir in the minced garlic.

While the beef cooks, combine the rice vinegar, honey, minced ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.

Pour the vinegar-honey mixture over the cooked beef, stirring to coat evenly.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sesame oil.

Serve the Korean Beef Bowl hot over cooked rice, garnished with sesame seeds and any desired toppings.
